How to Use This Site

Shopping
You can shop in two areas of our site - under OUR STORE and SPECIALS. Items in OUR STORE are organized by category and sub-category; for example, a squash blossom necklace will be found under the general category Jewelry and then in the sub-category Necklaces. The SPECIALS section contains items that are just that - Special.

Most items available at OldAdobeTraders.com are one-of-a-kind and are for sale both online and in our Santa Ynez store. Every precaution has been taken to prevent a duplicate sale. However, in the unlikely event that two customers simultaneously order the same item and both orders are processed via the website, the first order received will be shipped, and the duplicate order will be refunded in full.

Your Personal Information
If you purchase something on our website, you will be asked for personal information, such as name, billing and shipping addresses, credit card information and contact info. You may change your information by logging in and clicking on My Account in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. If you wish to be deleted entirely from the website, please send an email to that effect addressed to WebStore@OldAdobeTraders.com.

Events, Artists and Other Information
There are several places in this website to obtain information other than that about a specific item for purchase. These are Upcoming Events in which we list shows or other events related to Indian art, Artists where we share information about artists that are regularly represented in the store, Resources where we intend to make available a variety of information that might be helpful to you, and Links where we provide easy access to other websites that we believe are of interest or would be helpful.

Taxes and Shipping
We are required to charge sales tax, which is currently at a rate of 6.525%, based on our store location in Flagstaff, Arizona.  If you have a legitimate Arizona resale number and wish to place an order, you must call the store directly to place your order.  Generally, orders will be shipped within two (2) business days from Flagstaff, Arizona. 

Shipping costs are calculated taking into account your shipping address, weight, the shipping method you select during the order process, as well as the cost to package and insure your order.  All international orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. 

Old Adobe Traders is not responsible for delivery delays due to errors in addresses provided by customers, or by other third-party issues with shippers that we don't control.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Old Adobe Traders guarantees your satisfaction with any item you purchase. We know that, although we have taken extra measures to photograph items in a manner such that the colors are truly represented, sometimes an item just does not work. Generally, items are returnable, except that any product that is consumable (such as lotion) may not be returned. Items returned must be received within 14 calendar days of receipt in original, saleable condition. Your cost, excluding shipping cost, will be refunded in full as soon as practicable after the item is received.
